Our returns policy includes a generous 14 day period. This means that you have 14 days from the moment you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. It must be dedicated or unused, with all original tags and in the original packaging. In addition, it is essential that you present the receipt for proof of purchase.

We would like to point out that returns must be sent to the warehouse where the products came from, which in most cases is in China. Therefore, please contact us first so that we can provide you with the correct return address.
When your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items to the unavoidable address. We cannot accept items returned to us without a return request.

2. DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS

3. EXCHANGES
