Processing of Orders
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This processing begins as soon as we receive your order confirmation by email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification to notify you that your order has been shipped.

At Night Ride we strive to make shopping as easy and affordable as possible. That's why we offer standard shipping rates that are beneficial to our customers. In most cases, our shipping is free unless otherwise stated.

5-10 Business Days: International shipping with free shipping on standard products.
5-10 Business Days: Shipping to the Netherlands / Belgium with free shipping for standard products.
7-12 Business Days: International shipping with free shipping on oversized products.
7-12 Business Days: Shipping to Netherlands / Belgium with free shipping for large products.

Returns Policy
At Night Ride we understand that sometimes a product does not meet your expectations. That's why we've created a returns policy to help you in such situations. Here are the details of our returns policy:
Return period
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item has been used and is in its original condition.
Refund
In the event of a return, we will refund the full order amount, with the exception of return shipping costs. Please note that there are some items that we cannot accept for return due to hygiene regulations, but we will clearly indicate this on the relevant product.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately at info@nightride.store. Please ensure you include your order number and attach a photo of the condition of the assembled item. We handle conventional cases and strive for a successful resolution.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the restricted item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or partial. If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your credit card or original payment method within 14 business days, which is usually faster.

We consider the importance of carefully checking and entering the correct delivery address. Night Ride is not liable for non-receipt of your order as a result of repeated address errors. In the event of a return due to a reduced address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping costs) and ask you to resubmit your order.
